Set it up yourself
Copy this prompt into Viktor
Viktor, every Tuesday at 9am, check our Google Ads account for the week before.
Pull money spent, clicks, and conversions (calls and form fills) for last Monday to Sunday, next to the week before.
Read every search term that showed our ads. Block the ones for things we do not sell as phrase match negative keywords. Check our existing negative keywords first so you never add a duplicate.
List any keyword that spent more than $1,000 in the last 30 days with zero conversions. Do not pause it. Ask me.
Compare actual spend each day to our daily budget and flag any day over it.
Then send me one short message: what you fixed, cost per lead vs. last week, and anything you need me to decide, at the top.
