2. Turn meeting notes into action items
After every call, I paste my messy notes into Claude and say: "Make this into a simple to-do list." No more forgetting what we agreed on.
3. Create social media posts from one idea
I give AI one business tip and ask for 5 different LinkedIn posts. What used to take an hour now takes 5 minutes.
The crazy part? These tools are mostly free.
