34 big leads were buried in the CRM.
A medical billing company we do marketing for had 432 contacts in its CRM. Nobody had ever sorted them.
THE LOG
My AI employee read every single one.
It went through every contact since 2023 and labeled each one: real prospect, spam, job seeker, vendor pitch. 170 were real people asking about their services. 34 were big accounts, like surgery centers and university health centers. Not one had ever been added to the sales pipeline.
432 All contacts | 170 Real prospects | 34 Big accounts |
One company's CRM, sorted by AI. Counted from the CRM, not estimated.
Now every lead sits on one screen with a name and one line on what they want. Click a name and it opens that contact in the CRM.
WHAT IT DOES
1 Pulls every contact | 2 Labels each one | 3 Flags the big ones | 4 One list, newest first |
THE PROMPT
Viktor, connect to my CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or whatever I use).
1. Pull every contact, plus every form, chat and booking message they sent.
2. Read each one and label it: real prospect, existing customer, job seeker, vendor pitch or spam, or test entry.
3. Flag the high-value prospects. My best customer looks like this: [describe them].
4. Write one plain line per prospect on what they want.
5. Give me one list, newest first, with a link to each contact. Do not email anyone or change anything in the CRM.
WHAT BROKE
It's a snapshot, not a live feed.
The list shows leads as of the day it ran. Keeping it fresh needs a read-only key for each account, and on 7 other accounts my AI employee's login was turned away. Sorting the leads was the easy part. Getting access is the slow part.
YOUR TURN
When did someone last read every lead in your CRM? An AI employee can do it this afternoon. Mine is called Viktor.
Talk next week,
